While the issuance of a refund is at the sole discretion of the Western Washington All British Field Meet (WWABFM), we promise to try to honor every valid refund request possible. If there are any questions regarding your refund, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing. Your written request must have your contact information via our Contact Us form.
Refund requests will normally be processed 10-14 days after the event has concluded and you will be notified.
Regalia refunds will not be honored once regalia ordering has been closed.
Pre-Registration refunds will not be honored within one week of the event.
Day of Show registrations are not refundable.
All refunds are subject to a fee, equal to any banking or PayPal fees incurred by the Western Washington All British Field Meet while acting on your behalf.
The WWABFM is held regardless of the weather conditions. There will be no refund for inclement weather conditions.
The Western Washington All British Field Meet reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
