Online Registration

After filling out your entrant information, select the registration option(s). If you are entering your car or motorcycle to show on the field or for sale, indicate the number of vehicles you are registering (up to four) as indicated in the field title, e.g., Year (1) is the year of the first vehicle), Year (2) is the year of the second vehicle. Enter the information for each vehicle.

For those selling a vehicle, make use of the Vehicle History field, as it is displayed on the dash placard and the description of the vehicle in the photo in the Vehicles For Sale page.

Continue with your other optional items (donation to Food Lifeline, Regalia, and/or attendance to the Friday Night Social) before checking out using PayPal or a credit card and submit your registration.

First Entry

After selecting if you're going to show your car or motorcycle on the field or sell it to someone who will give it a new home, enter information about the vehicle.  For On Field entries, select the appropriate class or enter the sale price and upload a picture of your vehicle on For Sale entries. Enter Model and Submodel (optional) when the fields are displayed.

The fee for the first car entry is $35.00 or $20.00 for a motorcycle.

Second Entry

Enter data for your second vehicle. The cost of a second entry is $20.00 for either a car or motorcycle.

Liability Waiver

You must agree to the following waiver before you can submit your registration to enter the Western Washington All British Field Meet.

I agree to insure my vehicle against loss, damage, and liability. I agree to assume the risk of any damage or injury, and to indemnify and hold harmless The Western Washington All British Field Meet LLC , its officers, and directors or agents for any acts of omission which may result in the theft, damage, or destruction of my property or injury to me or others occurring during or as a consequence of this meet including but not limited to: overnight storage, and all other places associated with this event, wherever located.

Swap Meet

Looking to sell a few items from your collection of parts left over from your restoration project, memorabilia, books or posters? Up to three 10' x 10' spaces are available - $35.00 for the first space and $20.00 for each additional space.

A description of your offerings is displayed on your placard.

Food Lifeline
In a world of plenty, there is no excuse for hungry families in Western Washington. All of us have a part to play to make sure all our neighbors in need have healthy and nutritious food on their tables. Whether you’re one person, a family, British Car Club member, civic group or company, Food Lifeline has an easy way for you to involve yourself in the community.

Did you know that with every $1 you give Food Lifeline can give five meals to a person in need? Donating funds to Food Lifeline is a smart and efficient way to make sure the most nutritious food is getting to your neighbors in need every day as shown in the 2016 Food Lifeline Impact Report.

You can donate to Food Lifeline with your registration or show your support by bringing non-perishable food to the Show; each pound of food donated on the Day of Show becomes a cash value contribution for our friendly competition between clubs.

Please enter the amount you wish to donate in support of Food Lifeline and select the club you want the donation recorded under for the club competition. Indicate if you want Food Lifeline to send you a tax receipt for your donation.

We know you need another shirt for your collection of ABFM merchandise. Clicking on Regalia shows and describes the items available for purchase. Check the item, quantity and size for each item.
Friday Night Social
Purchase your tickets for a social gathering on the Friday evening before the show with others who drive and enjoy Little British Cars. The $15.00 per person fee buys you a meal with beverage and a chance to bid on many auction items provided by our many friends, advertisers, and sponsors. Pick up your tickets at the hospitality tent located near the food truck.

Registration Fees and Purchases
You're almost done. The total amount and detailed fees and purchased items will display if you have entered a vehicle on the field, selling your wares at the Swap Meet, made a donation to Food Lifeline, selected a Regalia item, or will attend the Friday Night Social.
Submit Registration
Clicking the Submit button will start the PayPal (or other credit card) payment process, submit your registration, and send you a confirmation email.

Selecting the Reset button will clear the form and you will need to re-enter your data.
